Apparently, This Big, HUGe, ENORMOUS , Man Choked her. i'll repeat, "Choked her" and somehow she didnt die... There is more to this story that we're missing, but according to TMZ, Shawn Is in Police custoDy with a $52,000 bail... [chingCHIng]. Although, Tila didnt look like an ANGEL per se:
